Have asked them for an update... Not expecting much of a response.


Hi, I hope you are well. Congratulations on being accepted into the Expediated Review and Permit Approval program. I trust there will be an ASX announcement on Monday morning in relation to the news as it is clearly price sensitive.

As a long term shareholder I am keen to understand what knowledge the board had of the progress of acceptance into this program at the time of recommending acceptance of the proposal by CAML. Likewise, I am keen to understand what knowledge CAML had of this matter?. ie. Were CAML aware of progress or the pending announcement prior to the announcement being made?

Also, if the board was not aware that this announcement was imminent, does this material news change the boards view on the whether the current offer is in the best interest of shareholders as the news clearly increases the value of the business.

I look forward to the upcoming general meeting where I have registered 'no' votes to all resolutions. It would be good to understand from the meeting what the board is doing to attract alternate offers that more appropriately reflect the value of the business.
