Is there another bidder?
Another bidder that has potentially been around a long time but with the SP weak and not going anywhere have remained on the sidelines and done nothing.
Has this undervalued bid come from another entrant and the board have decided to use it to set a timeline and put pressure on the long term potential suiter? Assuming the board had some idea that this Fast 41 news was likely and with some idea of the timeline it all makes sense. NWC has to be worth more today than last week! Something has to happen you'd think.
