Its interesting that Money of Mine's darling, Rusty Delroy of Nero Resource Fund, thinks highly of this deal. Maybe for the instos etc that could be the case, but as a retailer many of us feel a little jaded at this offer. I know I am.
However, the article, as well as a few comments here about managements incapacity to develop a mine, has me thinking: have we unrealistic expectations, and if so, why... were we mislead, or overly hopeful?
If management decided to mine, for sure costs will cause the, until recently, already challenged SP to dip further. There'd be a resulting inevitable CR and further dilution. Is that something many of us wish to endure?
I'm wondering, in the absence of a better offer, is this offer not too bad? On the other hand, is proving up further capacity in the ground a viable alternative to development in order to get a much better TO offer?
I'm clearly no expert, its all just my musings as I read the tea leaves.
