I completely agree. Its the kind of contradictory messaging that doesn't bode well under most veracity behaviour test. In the end it makes wonder if one should deal with such actors in the future. So the question is, sell and get clear in case by some quirk the sale fails. Or sell now if the price is in the offer range and move on to more transparent opportunities? The hope that a serious major coming in an trouncing this current offer seems slim given management have endorsed 5c. What counter-offer is going to be significantly higher now with that shitty fold?
