Companys will buy say 10 millions dollars worth of stock at 4.7-4.8c knowing theyll get a guarantee 5c. There is also a chance there is a counter offer increasing the SP even more. One company is doing this at the monent but with multiple accounts hence no substantial. You buy 10m dollars worth of stock a couple of pips equates for a fair bit.
