Yes it is more than possible that accumulation is happening in the hope of a modest profit and or hope of a superior offer. And to add / anything is possible under cloak.
My initial response to Freestar........His/Her post read as stating the nwc were buying their own stock.
As Freestar has clarified in a later post that He/She was not referring to nwc
