Assuming this went ahead, does this work as a payout at $5c and then our shares are done and dusted? Or do we then transfer into CAML at a $5c share price?
IMO the whole point of this project at this point is to get a finance deal done to build the mine, which should then translate to ~$1b market cap (~10x current share price as per Foran comparison) once producing. Selling out at $5c doesn't seem like a great deal as I felt that the sentiment from management was that the project looked positive considering global Copper demand, US domestic mineral demand, and a fair dinkum large deposit.
