Mismanagement want this to go ahead so they then receive their rewards.
Possibly recieving mates rates for their shares.
Mismanagement conned would be shareholders about the copper %, by using the "equivalent term" .
Unsure buyers might not understand that term, so got sucked in
Hold and really piss off these low lifes by trying for a second, higher offer.
