LTR was a disaster, but that was about the local heavyweights wanting to keep China out of its Pilbara patch. This is different.
I reckon RCF got involved because of the potential ROI and my bet is that they were not thinking 5 cents per share. There were plenty of retail holders wanting to vote no, so they may well have a pathway to that vote now, or an alternatively better bid.
Worst case scenario anyway is 5 , so I am happy to see this play out now.
