Agreed. I am quite disappointed. There were some real simple and value added activities here that could have daylight significant value. For example permitting and the FS. 0.25x Post tax NAV on the PFS is way too cheap..
I doubt there will be an alternative bid either...No shop, no due diligence clause and a matching right.. Unless this was the result of a large competitive process no one is wading into this unseen. I think this demonstrates a lack of patience and long term vision, public markets and M&A experience by Nick and the Board. Not how I would have run things..
