You got to love the hubris of management saying this is a great deal and recommend the TO.
Not a great deal for all those who are under water and bought into their crap and commitment to develop Antler.
But if you bought in the last raise or last 12 months yes its good...
Now the $640k commitment by BOM in the last raise @2c makes a lot of sense doesn't it when they have not participated in previous raises of any significance that i can tell? And those performance rights are a nice little earner too.
Hopefully for the SH's there will be some competitive tension with a new player coming to the party but it seems to me the BOM have put up the white flag, bent over and already looking for their next grift.
PS: Look at HAV if you like Cu and a BOM who are serious about SH
