Evidently the BoD voted unanimously in favour of the deal. I wonder what gave each and every one if them that level of confidence to say that? If it weren't for having a bit of faith in NWCs tenaments and averaging down this last while, I'd may have been stuck at perhaps breaking even, having lost opportunities to place my money into more profitable ventures. However, I will come out of this deal with a healthy profit. But that doesn't change the fact that I now have doubts about this BoD. We were told how great things are and invested, now it seems that perhaps things were overstated given they've sold out at a price that suggests less confidence in their earlier utterances. So which is it? A fake it till ya make it modus operandi does not seem like a great career strategy.
