I have no problem with a risk weighted decision to sell rather than build, but after the permits and the DFS this would have sold for 0.6x-0.8x NAV (US$400m), even if they only had the funding to accomplish one of these...Sometimes the hardest thing as management is to say no and do nothing. I think it shows inexperience.
