Yeah - always interesting to look into the background and CV's of the board of directors in a case like this when shareholders are thinking that various incentives and perceptions of a board captured by their own incentives and generally perceptions of being a bit "tired" or unwilling to push projects through to production.

Sure enough I did a little research on the board:

Richard Hill - 25 years experience in the industry but descriptions very coy on what and where those 25 years were spent, a very common name
Mike Haynes - looks like an experienced explorer ex BHP and Billiton but LinkedIn profile extremely light on details
Tony Polglase - very experienced but at AVB they got also taken out extremely cheaply/opportunistically by OZM, history repeating itself?
Gil Clausen - experienced lots of time at Copper Mountain Mining Corp before taken over by Hudbay (fairly recent to NWC?) earlier career very familiar with Arizona been with Placer Dome and Stillwater before.
Nick Wolrych - having Dargues on your resume probably not a ringing endorsement for acquisitions and development - Diversified Minerals had Dargues and Henty both of which have proven to be very hard work for many owners......

Genral impressio of above is a bunch of guys who are wanting to check-out and slow down in life nearing the end of their careers.

The younger cohort of the CFO and COO & Expl Manager (Amos Lindahl and Siglin) look to be reasonably younger and probably have another project and company in them, so we will see where they pop up elsewhere in the industry, or possibly CAML hang onto them as they have the relevant skills to take Antler forward.
