Yeah ok. But to what end? We get a new board in a few months and they exit from the scheme of arrangement and pay the (what i assume is) hefty break fee? We go back to 2c and nothing has progressed in terms of financing and mine development? I am ad disgusted at the offer acceptance as the next holder but trying to overthrow the board at this stage might be a case of careful what you wish for.
