Yeah, any suggestion that its not price sensitive would be ludicrous. I wonder what the SP would have been after this announcement without the TO offer and acceptance by the board? The fact that it got announced so close to the TO announcement suggest to me that the board and CAML 'may not have been surprised by the development'. Would be an interesting question for the upcoming meeting.... "what correspondence did the board have in relation to the expediated review and approval program prior to accepting the CAML offer and was CAML aware of this correspondence....".
Hopefully this spurs someone else into action. I am pretty much resigned to the face that a TO will happen but keen for a higher price (obvioulsy)
