Capacity in batteries is referred to as Specific Energy. LFP batteries are in the 'moderate to low' region in comparison to others.

Each of the Li-Ion chemistries has their advantages and disadvantages.

LTO is the safest (by a long way), have the longest life and shortest charge time (80% charge in 6 minutes).
NCA are the cheapest and highest capacity, and are a pretty good option for fixed storage.

LFP are at the lower end of the scale for capacity, 'typical' for charge rate, pretty good for power and safety and mid field for cost.
