this latest presso is interesting… they have made subtle changes…
1) advertising shenghe as 19.7% shareholder
2) removal of wanting to be an oxide supplier to everywhere outside china - every presso had this is in it
3) marketing concentrate and talking about demand for pek concentrate
this is positive, not so much for the west supply of ndpr…positive for cash flow generation
