US tender calls for US domestic processing, wasn't aware ARU had a US footprint, obviously they are keeping it very quiet.
Actually wasn't aware ARU had any clean HRE feedstock to ship to their US domestic HRE processing plant but no doubt all will be revealed in a glossy.
They could perhaps have a little difficulty with the commercial reality condition, specifying that the applicant must have a customer base well beyond the tiny DoD offtake to ensure viability, the NO ambulance chasers clause.
