I would assume this is for a US plant too.
They are offering 5-6 million for a pilot plant and say a production plant will cost 100m.
Well I don't know how far you can get with a 100m. It must be a mini moke plant.
The real deal for ARU is NAIF $100m and defence export fund which has 4 to 5 Billion available.
This that will provide ARU with the 1.1 billion required. The amount the US army is offering is simply too small.
When the AUS Defence Export fund and NAIF are allocated, it will separate the men from the boys.
