Approvals to build a processing plant on a purposed industrial estate among other similar processors hardly a major challenge, particularly when you can present seven years of baseline hard data.
Of far greater importance is having a viable business with the depth of customer engagement and the level of free cash flow to finance such a venture.
ARU cupboard looks a tad bare in those respects.
