I am not sure about a buyback - I know it will improve all of the remaining values but there must also be a critical mass and enough of a business to grow.

I think that the business size is already small so I hope they put the money into starting to pay distributions ( IMO the only way to get fair value anyway) and to use the cash pile to start making strategic investments get the price up around NAV and then maybe we have a long term business.
