as per the osm blurb they claim to be getting cells as of half way through this year. I wonder if they will start producing a small proportion say in sept or do they require all the equipment ready before they can make?

re: contracts spread out over a few years. read the previous Anns. if they have 60% of capacity being now 1.8gwh, that's a capacity per year - that's what a 1.8 GWh factory produces. c4v have said they have contracts to the capacity of 60% (before the 400-600 ramp up so someone else had signed) the value of the contracts are per today's Ann. obviously it's per year. seriously. you want to downramp this?
