No idea.. you would need to ask the BOD. what i was suggestiong was maybe they didnt want the dilution and thought it would be easy to rasie money, lets not forget MNS are not the only partners there. If MNS raised all the money, we would basically own it 100%, maybe the consortium believed they could arrange finance, maybe the other members didn't want to loose there stake, C$V are not listed so it would be impossible for them to raise 25m USD...... more questions than answers
