The scoping study has nothing to do with the second hand plant, that was an opportunity that came along, so your not making the little shiney cylindrical batteries with this plant your making prismatic batteries, if they can fix the inconsistency issues the original owners of the second hand plant had.
I’m really not sure why you would move the plant and not just keep it where it was and start manufacturing there, the rent was probably cheaper.
