Lol you'll definitely get your dilution as you have yet to do anything substantial capital wise yet to get anything off the ground. As for you guys being smart - well you can eek by on gov't handouts that can take forever to get and may not actually materialise in the end or you can actually do more than act like a dole bludger and get on with business with some actual capital!
