Revisit Alevo and the assets, the firesale where Magnis bought the kit...

Filings made in Alevo’s U.S. Bankruptcy Court case say that an auction for Alevo’s remaining assets — valued at $72 million for the manufacturing operation at the time of the Chapter 11 filing — was held Jan. 31. A filing Feb. 12 says that a bidder has contracted to buy all of the assets for $5 million in a deal that is slated to close Feb. 20.
