MNS got an additional 8% (from 33% to 41%) in IM3NY for 2/3rds of the $5m they paid for the equipment.

The value of IM3NY (based on actual $$s paid) is $3.3/8% = $41.6m

This $41.6m includes everything....the value of the grants, any processes, relationships, Heron contracts/leases/etc, intellectual property (although it's clear C4V are holding onto this hence the need for MNS to give them USD7.5m for the 10% stake) as well as the equipment.


So the partners that know what is happening internally agree that IM3NY is only worth $42m (note MNS share is $17m), why are certain posters here valuing the equipment alone at $100s of millions? It's possibly also the reason each time there is a battery announcement, the price falls.

All of this is redundant anyway......best case dilution, worse case garage sale in the next 6 weeks
