PDN will definitely need a lot more cash, and so will all other listed U miners. The need for massive CR down the road is what keeping the SP down, but this doesn't mean the SP can't go higher. Utilities and governments need to back up U miners, otherwise they won't be able to secure U supply at decent prices. 8.5 cent may not be the bottom for PDN, but I do believe we are near the bottom.
"There is no need for uranium in the next 30 years, ..." Media these days are so one sided. While nuclear energy may not be needed in the future, we need nuclear energy to get to that future safely.
