Yes as director of investments, its taken the load of MNS to raise capital, so that a positive for less dilution which many have suffered,
but a spac can also dilute our percentage while providing hundreds of millions in funding, as the spac creators want their share, but thats the way it is in capitalism, creating economic benefits for all by sharing in the risk.
