"Zoono Group Limited (Company) (ASX: ZNO) advises that it has received a letter from the New Zealand Commerce Commission dated 16 October 2023 advising that it intends to prosecute the Company for allegedly unsubstantiated representations made about its hand sanitiser and microbe shield surface spray contrary to section 12A of the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Zoono believes it has complied fully with its legal obligations. It is extremely disappointed the New Zealand Commerce Commission has decided to prosecute and intends to strenuously defend the action".
In my opinion the Company is worth bugger all and failed bigtime, by far my worst investment ever in what l thought was a well postioned entity in this market space !!
Almost a 100% loss as it stands and after the above prosecution action that the defence will be funded by us share holders "its all over"
