the whole thing is an eye opener thats for sure.....i invested on the basis of their quarterly and annual disclosures like any retail investor does as not privy to any other info....the 'one off' distribution in 2020 which looking back was a return of capital + profit multiple for the mastermind, then sells at 75 cents, does capital raises at all time lows, depletes cash reserves, then comes in to the rescue with his loans.....thankfully the regulators are on to this. i cannot recover what I lost, but hoping justice is served and if any wrong doing found they address it immediately.

i'm also hopeful that someone with deep pockets considers are class action for all investors from 2020-2023...
