This looks to be a flat out buy based on the metrics. Substantial discount to NTA, low P/E, 14%+ yield, no current covenant problems and brand new finance organised. Seems to be way oversold based on what the likely effects will be. I guess uncertainty about legal action is always going to create a big selloff. SVR actually hit oversold territory today and is also on about 50% RSI both of which are reasonable indicators. It is also at its 10 year low or thereabouts which would indicate that most sellers are now making losses against their original purchase price - it must be getting near its current bottom. I am hanging in because it must get better than this.
