The company stated that if the circumstances arose that they would try to negotiate a settlement with ASIC, to date they haven't had the opportunity.
Personally I'm not concerned with the Australian proceedings, the number of cases across the years is so small that I don't see a fine of a substantial nature arising.
The NZ proceedings however are for a much higher number of cases & are far more likely to result in a substantial fine if found guilty.
