There wasn’t much to comprehend, it was a simple question and he didn’t answer it. His reasons for going before a judge is concerning to me, can a judge step outside his role and tell a politician that in his expert opinion (which he is most certainly not an expert in) that they need to reconsider a project because he thinks we need PEP-11? The judge would need to look over the resource ministers portfolio for current and future projects as he could not make a ruling otherwise. I do hope that isn’t the bulk of their case, I would have spoken about the political sh*tstorm that occurred and if the correct procedures where followed, not that they are going before a judge to plead the need for gas. A judges job is to ensure the law has been followed, not to make political decisions that over rule someone whose job it actually is to make these decisions.
