So you think after what is potentially 1 and a half years after their last decision another will not be needed? Nothing has changed within a year an a half just within BPH alone right, they still have the money, all the other people they appointed to satisfy NOPTA the first time. BPH will have a lot of things they will need to put back into place but I’m sure NOPTA will just hand them the same decision based on trust alone and won’t make them jump through the same hoops that got them approved last time. I must be stupid to think an organisation such as NOPTA would ensure BPH was in the same position they were back then before granting the approval again.
