What VAR needs to set it off to $100 million plus market cap is some further good drilling results to confirm the potential of a big resource and then do a joint-venture 60/40 deal preferably with Glencore or another major for it to pay all costs up to mine development. Then development of the mine, wont be a problem to finance with Glencore as the majority partner (60%).
