I appreciate the comments. Summing up, we are thinking we get a few (not enough) $hitty, underperforming, no tax benefit NEM shares for our good NCM shares - and the board will get paid off to accept. And JP Morgan will look after us. And the Aussie ASIC will look after us. Why dont JP Morgan and NEM just accept some free cash (say $3 for every NCM share on the market from our pockets) and go away.
One almost thinks our board has run dry, and does not have the kahoonas to run a big mining company. Alas.
