    Doesn’t the due diligence period end tomorrow？with NEW trading at USD$48.15, which only translate to $28.32 AUD at 40% at today’s exchange rate, thats far less than the $32.87 takeover price proposed. Are they going to wait until their share price surges higher before making a binding offer…
