    At the current NEM share price of US$46.5 the deal pays:
    (46.63 x 0.4)/.669 = $27.80 (SP equiv.)
    + US$1.1/.669 = $1.64 (special dividend)
    = A$29.44

    While gold is persistently over US$2000/ounce? This offer blows.
