You can calculate the total amount of money put forward for the SPP as $300 million (15,574 x $19,200). They are only offering $200 million for the SPP, so that means only 2/3 of what you asked for will be given on average....but those who have larger shareholdings to begin with will get larger amounts apparently.
Someone else pointed out you are likely to get as many shares as you currently hold...so if you hold 500 shares you will probably get 500 allocated.
