The Vanadium rush hasn't even started yet. But remember, CHN has two irons in that fire. Even just selling off the tenements to aspiring miners should provide us value, a farm in arrangement would be even better. CHN has me here for safety primarily though. And Bendigo exposure, but that's a freebie you get with the shell value.
