Drom memory PAG had circled RFG when it was saddled by $200m+ of debt in 2019.
They flirted but nothing came of it and RFG went tge cap raise route and has now nearly fully extinguished all ots debts, ($20m debt with Souls Patts).
The article in the Australian says that this PAG group is looking to do another deal and rfg could be a contender. Purely speculative as I mentioned this morning. Buy of course any premium T/O is always welcome and encouraged.
