The point is- these banks parade around as the poster children for the free enterprise market, free and open markets the usual blah blah, but for taxpayer money via the Federal Govt at the time in various forms, these relics would be just that. The four pillar argument is now obsolete done nothing for anyone but confer excessive wealth on a few.
