    The insiders are Not Buying....Mate of mine is a buyer..And until they get a partnership Looking for the bottom....And 8c is in play now from tech view point...As for holding...Its been reduce....And looking for re entry....Again...It will go boom on Cash...MD you reading this Cash Upfront...With Milestones and the like...Partnership in the air and the insiders will buy!

    Its all IMO!
