In the overall scheme of things, issuing shares to David Ball is a major plus for existing shareholders.
He is our insurance policy.
* First, he wouldn't join unless all these things were coming together imminently. His focus is not on justifying the past - but on the future.
* Second, he knows what can go wrong and how long things take (so if he ever jumped ship, you'd be best to follow suit).
* Third, he knows this region and all the main satellite customers backwards. He would definitely have brought his rolodex!!
