J1 target market/region is already over saturated, you think this mother will be easy to fill in the current market, and the markets in general cant keep going at the pace they have been.

we were promised this bird to be in the air by 2012, and now we are nearing 2015, and they cant even sell j2 space to probably cover costs. Dont worry, J1 will go up, the yanks and french want the money promised, if nwt dont cover the repayments on that exercise, it will be the SH's left to shoulder the bill, or worse yet, our leveraged assets taken at bargain prices.

This wont go over $1, and if it does, it will be a blip on the radar.
