@splitview thats a great post........ Sometimes we forget how lucky us retail guys/girls are!!!

He is without question the BEST CEO Ive come across. Most CEO's would say F you to the retailers and not give us the time of the day. Our guy responds to every email, works like a trojan during the day... the mental stamina he must have to maintain, when going around the Hill and the DoD, then make sure his people are doing their job, then deal with institutions and all the rest of everything thats going on...... then deal with family life, and THEN sit up and take the time to respond to our crap, fast an effectively all the time......... well... It makes me speechless ALL THE TIME.

And going back to your highlighted points... SPOT ON!
