The removal of Hartmann is definitely worth a TH. The guy was cashburn-King. It definitely (hopefully) means NWZ will get closer to running within its means (no more exorbitant salary for underperforming director). I'm looking forward to US revenue increase and hopefully cashflow positive within the timeframe.
