It appears you don't have an understanding of basic contractual arrangements. If MCT expended dollars on drilling without abiding by the JV contract terms they have wasted our shareholder funds, its that simple. If NME did the same thing they would be wasting their own shareholders funds. Both you and I do NOT know the facts behind this so getting agro with other posters isn't going to change anything.
